Terms and Conditions are the legal agreement between the two parties. Terms and Conditions are also known as T&C, Terms of Service, T.O.S etc. It is the legal agreement between the Seller/Service Provider and the person or entity who is taking the Product/Services (Buyer). The terms and conditions apply the web services, e-commerce, search engine and transport etc. Terms and Conditions apply where the consumer is ready to take the Product/Service from the Seller/Service Provider as per the terms and conditions which are subject to the legislation. In the case of breach of contract, the sufferer can file law suit against the other party
